The Cruzes da Sé building is in a prime location in the neighbourhood of Alfama which is one of the most authentic and traditional districts of Lisbon.
Here, the 'White City' and the light that is created facing the river is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Standing between the outside and the inside, the windows are one of the best parts of the houses and capture the dialogue between the city and the river in this scene with stunning views.
Inside, the Edifício Cruzes da Sé building development project is designed for residences with 9 two and three bedroom apartments and a loft.
With generous gross living areas of between 108 sqm and 164 sqm, the development follows a design structure that makes the most of the space, the natural light and the functionality, without detracting from the aesthetic criteria defined as modern.
With attention paid to quality and sophistication, it was conceived with the demands of the residents in mind who have storage areas, a lift and garage parking space, the latter for some of the apartments.
