L’AND Vineyards is a luxurious wine lovers resort located in Montemor-o-Novo in the Alentejo just 1 hour from Lisbon. Here, the grapevine predominates the landscape.

The resort has a charming hotel with 22 suites, a Caudalie spa, a restaurant with 1 Michelin star, a winery and 73 villas.
The residences, designed by architects of international renown and surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and vineyards, can be adapted to individual taste. The patios, which bring plenty of natural light to the properties, are what make the difference.

The large plots of land allow owners to produce their own personalised reserve wine, should the buyer choose to acquire a property with a vinyard.
The units also have fruit orchards so residents can consume their own produce.
All the villas can be integrated into a rental programme should the owner wish.
