The renovation of Vila Rosário seeks to give a more up to date feeling and bring new residences to this traditional workers' village in Lisbon. In the established Penha de França neighbourhood, this development is right next to the traditional neighbourhood of Graça with its enchanting viewpoints and is just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the Avenida Almirante Reis.
