Martinhal Residences is a new development of urban apartments in the Parque das Nações, Lisbon. This development is the latest of a series of luxurious family experiences by the award-winning Elegant Group, the owners of the luxurious Martinhal Hotels & Resorts.

The Martinhal Residences offers numerous attractive options intended for a multigenerational and family experience. With a contemporary touch by the internationally renowned Portuguese architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, each apartment was designed in detail to offer the best comfort to families.

This development comprises apartments that will be part of the luxury hotel chain Martinhal Hotels & Resorts and will offer a guaranteed profitability of 3% for a period of 6 years, with entitlement to a 14 days period of use by apartment per year. These apartments will have T0 and T1 typologies. They will be furnished and will have high-quality appliances.

The Martinhal Residences will also have a residential part, which can optionally take benefit from the hotel´s services, Service Apartments by Martinhal, such as an indoor pool, a children’s club, laundry service, among others.

These apartments will be of typology T1, T3 and T4, with areas between 65 and 196 sq.m, with fantastic balconies and wonderful views over the river. It also includes a superb penthouse.

United Lisbon International School:

The United Lisbon International School is being currently developed in walking distance from Martinhal Residences. The K-12 school will be managed by an established American School Operator and will provide premium facilities for an inspiring and enriching educational offer from Early Childhood to graduation in grade 12. The school will open this September 2020.
