STUDENTS' RESIDENCE IN AJUDA

Located in the urban area between Bairro 2 de Maio, Palácio Nacional da Ajuda and the Ajuda university campus in Lisbon, which, due to its proximity, represents an added value for students. To the north and to the west it is possible to glimpse the city of Lisbon up to the 25th of April bridge.

Composed by three buildings for total rehabilitation, with an approved architectural project and currently at the tender phase of the specialties.

Conceived on a logic of nuclei of cohabitation/ coexistence, where each access door leads to several rooms, separating them from the communal spaces. Altogether, the students´ residence comprises 10 living nuclei with a total of 65 rooms.
