Artificial intelligence can process data on thousands of properties in a second — but it
cannot "read" the client at the moment they find the right home. That is the boundary Miguel Silva, IT Director at Porta da Frente Christie's, draws in an opinion piece for TEK Notícias.
For Silva, AI should free consultants from administrative and repetitive tasks — organising information, analysing client history, identifying priority contacts — so they can focus on what truly creates value: the relationship and the trust built with clients. In high-end real estate, where transactions carry high value and important decisions, technology has clear limits. The real transformation, he concludes, lies not in the tools themselves, but in how they are used to reinforce, not replace, the human factor.
