New development in Alcácer do Sal priced between €275,000 and €740,000 is already half sold

FiniSal, a residential development in Alcácer do Sal built by Glowing, has already sold
around half of its 39 units ahead of completion, due in summer 2027. The investment exceeds €16 million, with prices ranging from €275,000 to €740,000 for unit types from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

Designed by the Promontório studio, the architectural project prioritised integration
into the landscape, natural light and the relationship with the Sado river, preserving views of Alcácer do Sal Castle. The development includes an outdoor pool overlooking the river, a gym, a sauna and private parking with EV charging points, and was designed to achieve LEED certification — which would make it one of the first residential buildings in Portugal to hold this seal.
