Central location, contemporary architecture and energy efficiency define a residential development in Lisbon
VERTICE, a residential development promoted by Lantia and located on Avenida Sacadura Cabral, near Campo Pequeno in Lisbon, comprises 119 apartments across five blocks, with layouts ranging from studios to five-bedroom homes. Designed by Saraiva + Associados, the development combines a central location with contemporary residential design, private outdoor spaces and landscaped communal areas.
With interior areas ranging from approximately 49 to 257 sqm, the project offers a variety of property types, from studios to penthouses, some featuring large terraces, private gardens or swimming pools. Its location, close to Avenida de Roma and Entrecampos, provides access to public transport, shops, schools, services and cultural venues, appealing to a range of buyer profiles.
Advertised prices range from €595,000 for one-bedroom apartments to €3.35 million for the five-bedroom penthouse. Two-bedroom units are priced between €750,000 and €875,000, while three-bedroom apartments range from €1.29 million to €1.5 million. Four-bedroom properties are priced between €1.75 million and €2.295 million. The top-floor penthouse offers 256 sqm of interior space, 93 sqm of outdoor area and four parking spaces.
The development includes a landscaped communal garden and private parking for most apartments, with studios being the exception. Energy efficiency is another key feature: the advertised apartments have an A energy rating, while the project is pursuing LEED certification and incorporates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
According to the article, around 17 units were still advertised as available in mid-October 2026, placing the development in the final stages of sales. Marketing is being handled by JLL, Dils and Porta da Frente Christie's International Real Estate.
The key takeaway is that VERTICE adds to Lisbon's prime residential offering in an established urban neighbourhood, combining centrality, a broad range of property types, outdoor spaces and energy efficiency. Its proximity to major transport links and amenities, together with its architectural features and residential facilities, positions it within the city's premium housing market.
