5 Bedroom Apartment in Quinta das Giestas, Alto do Lagoal, Oeiras

Hidden between the hills of central Lisbon and the hills of Estoril, is the exclusive hillside of Alto do Lagoal – a magical place where the river meets the ocean, with wonderful views of Lisbon and the sea, where the old summer residences of the aristocracy were replaced by the Villas and Chalets of the Lisbon elite.

Quinta da Giestas is a unique and unprecedented project in Oeiras, consisting of 60 apartments of types T3 to T5, with areas between 173 to 225 sqm, all with wide terraces and views that stretch as far as the Bridge over the Tagus and the Belem Tower and out to sea in the direction of Cascais... Here, it’s still possible to relax on the terrace listening to the waves breaking on the beach and feeling the breeze on your face, surrounded by greenery, privacy and safety.

At Quinta das Giestas, quality and comfort have been elevated to a new level, making use of the most innovative building technologies and the most sophisticated materials and equipment, to create a new living experience. The project places 4 authentic materials in dialogue with the blue of the sea and the green of the trees – exposed concrete, wood, glass and steel – creating a sophisticated and timeless ambience. Outside, the stone walls shape the landscape and are brought to the facades, unifying the whole concept.

The private condominium offers facilities such as a heated pool, gym, children's playground, leisure and condominium rooms. Here, the day can begin with a walk along the beach or the sea promenade, ending with a workout at the private gym or a swim in the pool.
