Between Alfama and Santa Apolónia, two new boutique-scale residential developments are taking shape: Apolónia Collection and Valle 14, developed by Flipstone Properties Group and jointly marketed by Porta da Frente Christie's and JLL Portugal.
Apolónia Collection, on Rua Cruz de Santa Apolónia, comprises ten studio, one- and
two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 60 to 100 m², designed by the Silva Dias Arquitectos studio. Valle 14, on Rua do Vale de Santo António, between Graça and Santa Apolónia, offers seven one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom duplex units, ranging from 60 to 125 m², with balconies, terraces and private patios. Both projects reinforce an authentic neighbourhood feel and integration with local shops, reflecting Flipstone's strategy of investing in assets with character in well-established historic locations.
