In 2025, Brazilian buyers generated €65.8 million in Portugal's high-end property market, with an average transaction value of €1.4 million, according to Porta da Frente Christie's data.
Apartments remain the most sought-after product — 64% of demand, mostly two- and three-bedroom units — but houses command the highest unit value: an average of €2.47 million, more than double the average for apartments. "Brazilian buyers continue to show strong confidence in the domestic market, especially in the premium and luxury segments," notes João Cília, CEO of Porta da Frente Christie's, linking the trend to demand driven by stability.
