In Príncipe Real, Lisbon, a new development is taking shape: "Pateo do Bispo", built by Aldeota and marketed by Porta da Frente Christie's and Re/Max Portugal. The project stands out for blending urban rehabilitation with new construction, combining traditional Lisbon architecture with contemporary solutions; every unit comes with a garage and spaces designed to maximise natural light.
The launch featured artist Filipa Sottomayor, who created a set of panels for the common areas inspired by the building's history. "This development shows that Lisbon keeps evolving without losing its identity," says João Cília, CEO of Porta da Frente Christie's.
