Situated in a rapidly growing residential area of Pinhal Novo, preliminary information submitted to the Palmela City Council outlines plans for this new residential subdivision. It will consist of 8 lots designated for single-family housing, harmoniously organized to balance residential spaces with green areas. The preliminary project (valid for two years) envisions the creation of 8 lots, with 7 lots individually measuring 289m² and 1 lot measuring 510m², totaling 2,533m² allocated for subdivision and construction.

The project includes a total gross construction area of 6,375m², distributed across 51 units developed over 4 floors. Of these, 3 floors are above ground level, while 1 floor below ground level (basement) is designated for parking and storage.
