The Pátheo da Lithographia is a renovation project located between the Jardim do Príncipe Real and the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, on Rua da Rosa. The building occupies the site of the historic Lithographia de Portugal, one of the most progressive printing houses in the country during the 19th century, and is organised around a landscaped central courtyard, with two frontages onto the Pátio do Tijolo and Rua da Rosa. For those looking to buy an apartment in Príncipe Real, this is one of the rare opportunities where signed architectural renovation, a historic address and the amenities of a private condominium converge in a single proposition in the heart of Lisbon.

The project, designed by SARAIVA+ASSOCIADOS, comprises 13 apartments in typologies from T1 to T4, all with balconies or terraces overlooking the historic city. Living rooms and kitchens open directly onto the garden, merging interior and exterior living in a fluid, luminous and timeless architectural design. The finishes are defined by criteria of permanence and identity: Lioz stone on the façade and exterior pavements, timber flooring throughout the interiors, Portobello marble in the bathrooms, integrated MIELE appliances and recessed lighting throughout all spaces.
